Empower, equip, and unleash your church to reach and serve your community in new, innovative ways. Start a coffee shop, scale up a multi-use building, attract the business community and policy leaders, strategize a new type of capital campaign, launch sustainable ventures with multiple streams of revenue… all to carry the whole gospel to the whole world.

Where we are going
Equip and empower UPCI pastors and church senior leaders to apply a more innovative, empathic approach to serve communities with an entrepreneurial mindset. Through crazy, intentional coaching with Philip Harding, Steve Drury and experts, teams “learn by doing” to develop, test, and launch solutions in six months.
Cohort model. 10 church leadership teams (senior pastor and up to four additional leaders) across North America (limited to a maximum of 20 churches). This cohort is designed to equip senior church leadership teams averaging 150+ weekly to tackle big community problems with tested solutions. We will provide a list of confirmed participants for each senior pastor.
Investment: $3,000/team for all coaching sessions, curriculum, and activities with teams. Pay in full or $500/month.

You and your team will be meeting weekly with Philip Harding and Steve Drury, along with other churches in the cohort, for coaching, encouragement, feedback/reflection, and making progress together.
Philip Harding has been requested to speak, teach, inspire, coach, and implement his impact innovation framework and problem-solving principles around the world, including with the US State Department and as a required master’s level course at Johns Hopkins University. He is an innovation expert, executive coach, and global speaker both in the public and private sector. (https://www.philipharding.com). He helps impact-driven leaders identify and narrow down the problem to then test and measure solutions in a project with a fun, engaging approach. He has helped train and coach leadership teams in Global Missions and North American Missions to launch new, transformative projects to serve communities in the US and around the world. He and Steve also launched the UPCI Innovation Fellows program in the Stewardship Department to attract talented and experienced members to come serve alongside executives at world headquarters and tackle big, hairy problems that impact the entire movement. Philip and Steve also founded Impact Junkie (https://impactjunkie.co) to empower, equip leaders and launch ventures around the world.
Steve Drury’s life as an ordained minister and innovative doer has pushed down barriers in the Apostolic/Pentecostal movement. Steve serves as the director and President of The United Pentecostal Church Foundation (UPCI). Since 2006, he has served as President of the UPCI
Foundation and has served as Director of Stewardship for UPCI since 2002 managing a portfolio of $100 million in the church loan fund. He has also served as Chairman for the Church Aflame Institute, and as Director for Institutional Advancement at Urshan Graduate School of Theology. Steve also serves on the Executive Committee, Loan Committee, and Loan Delinquency Committee. He is the former director of Tupelo Children’s Mansion and founder of New Beginnings Adoption Agency where he and his wife helped raise over 1,000 children and helped finalize adoption for 1,000 families. He received a Bachelor of Theology degree from Apostolic Bible Institute and a certification from Indiana University School of Philanthropy as a CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive).

Coaching sessions weekly for 60 - 90 min. All coaching sessions are recorded and available to be rewatched.
If the coaching time and date does not fit your schedule, we will add additional coaching options as needed.

Digital workbook, unlimited access to all courses videos and resources, and community benefits. Extended access to the course materials after the course completion for a full year.
You also will have discounts available to travel with Philip Harding. For example, you could apply to travel for a week experience in Belize. This is where you will take what you learned in the course and apply it to real world problems.
